Ns60 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms carefully before using the ns60 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ns60 platform—whether via website or mobile app—you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ns60 services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ns60 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published will be regarded as acceptance of those changes. ns60 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice; it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
The ns60 platform is intended only for users aged 18 and above. Users below the set age limit are not permitted to register or use the services. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the ns60 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same user are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details you provide such as your name, phone number, and other verification data must be valid. ns60 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of compliance procedures.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Activities under your account are your responsibility, including if accessed by others due to your negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact ns60 customer support immediately.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including those claiming to be ns60 staff.
- Use a strong password different from other platform accounts.
- Log out of your account when finished using a shared device.
- Update your personal information if changes occur to keep your account active and verifiable.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ns60 platform—including deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals—are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX Online Banking, and local bank transfers such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. ns60 does not accept direct deposits in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. ns60 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems, bank interruptions, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification requirements. Unverified accounts may face lower withdrawal limits or processing delays. All withdrawal requests will be processed according to ns60’s current policies and internal compliance review.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
- Bonuses received are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements specified in their respective promotional terms.
- Ns60 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for security verification when necessary.
- Funds credited to your account cannot be transferred to other users.
4. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Ns60 reserves the right to take action against any accounts suspected of violating these rules, including suspending, blocking or closing the accounts and withholding funds until investigations are complete.

Ns60 provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. ns60 is not liable for any financial loss, missed profits, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of this platform. ns60’s maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user within 30 days before the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ns60 platform—including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, images, and code—is the exclusive property of ns60 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content without ns60’s written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The ns60 platform may contain references to third-party services or platforms. ns60 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user’s sole risk and subject to their own terms.
6. Account Policies, Terms Changes & Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
Ns60 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if violations of these terms, fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior are detected. In confirmed fraud cases, account balances may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited per ns60’s internal policies. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily can contact customer support for assistance.

Ns60 reserves the right to change, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the update date.
